This also requires a change in the organization’s operating culture from knowledge to a management culture. In this case, daily activities and management are based on facts, not based on gut feeling. When the goals are based on the strategy and the company's operating models support these, the activities of the different areas can be managed and monitored according to the needs.
Adopt is an acronym for adoption. That is what the KUB Adopt process is all about. It examines the areas of activity from the perspective of knowledge management, defines the objectives of knowledge management based on the strategy and creates operating models that support them. Ready-made models facilitate the adoption of a new culture in everyday activities.
One of the most common areas of business you want to develop is sales. In this case, the KUB Adopt process looks at sales-related data. The goal can be, for example, an increase in cash flow, an increase in the number of customers or an increase in the number of purchases per customer. As a result of the process, the “pain points” of the activity are found, which can be used to develop the business, products or services.
